Hello everyone, I know it’s been a long time since I’ve wrote anything here & I’m sorry, I’ve been dealing with a lot of stressful things in the last few years. First off my dad became very sick along with my mom & I had to put working on art, uploading new products, & put blogging on the back burner to take care of them. My dad passed away December 11th, 2024 & my mom & I misses him, it’s been hard but we’re getting through it. My dad was in the Army as a SSG & was buried at Saratoga National Cemetery with full military honors, my dad is also from Saratoga Springs, New York.

Little by little I’m working on new products and getting back into a routine and back into blogging again & finding a better way to cope with this stress. It’s been hard but I’m getting through it. I miss my dad, but deep down in my heart I know he’s in a better place. It’s also made me realize the brave men & women that fought and protected our freedom at Saratoga National Cemetery.

I also closed my Etsy shop due to lack of sales, Etsy’s policy changes, & becoming difficult to sell on the website. Rest assured, my blog will remain here along with another blog or two in the works. Exciting changes are in the works for Ramblings About Art & Life with a new online shop filled with new handmade items for the home. When I get my new online shop set up, you’ll be able to shop for products right here along with being able to purchase right on my shop. Shop name will be Ramblings About Art & Life.

Working on new drawings, woodworking, wood burning, & back to clay soon, along picking up the pieces where I left off is fun & exciting. Along with the other great ideas I have to show soon. Below this small paragraph are a few things I’ve been working on. I’m also getting into music, video making, & theatre, stay tuned for these fun and exciting things as well.

I also adopted a cat along the way named Dumbledore, the cutest black cat in the world.
