Shipping Changes On Shop LMProck

Brand New Etsy Shop Banner

Dear Buyers,

Due to the cost of shipping throughout the United States and everywhere else, free shipping is no longer available on my Etsy shop.  I also changed my Etsy account from Standard to Etsy Plus which means I have more options for customers to buy handmade items.

When viewing items on my Etsy shop for shipping description, this is what you will see SHIPPING DETAILS will be available upon checkout, depending on where you live. Handmade crochet hook will be shipped United States Postal Service 1st Class Mail. Receive a free gift up purchase. Due to calculated shipping cost, size of your item(s) is right here in description. I have to change the size of item for shipping purposes.

I also created a brand new Etsy shop banner with the beach and seashells.  I’m leaning towards a beach shop theme for my handmade items.  I also created a new shop icon that’s a seashell as well.

Sorry for the inconvenience for this change.  Looking forward to seeing you on Shop LMProck.

On This 4th Of July

Ever since moving out business back home enjoying holidays has been more fun. With cleaning up outside and inside, staying up late for me has been more fun. This 4th of July the Prock family stayed home and barbequed outside. Watching fireworks on t.v. Is as much fun as watching them live. Macy’s makes a great fireworks display with music and a display. That’s what inspired me to pick this photo from the internet. Hello summer.

D’Alberto Family Cookbook: Chicken And Ba-Day-Dahs

Ingriedients

Chicken-1 whole bird, cut into pieces or legs & thighs (If you use boneless, skinless breasts, they will dry out badly by the time the potatoes cook).

White Potatoes-3-4, peeled & cut into wedges.

Sweet Potatoes-1 or 2, peeled and cut into pieces (not to small, or they will turn to mush).

Sweet Italian sausage-2 or 3 links, cut into 2 inch chunks.

Oil-2 or 3 tbsps.

Oregano-1 or 2 tbsp.

Salt & Pepper to taste (and if you want it to taste good, don’t be afraid to be generous with the salt).

Garlic-4 or 5 cloves, peeled and sliced.

Instructions

Place chicken, potatoes & sausage into a very large roasting pan. Pour oil over the top.  Add generous amount of salt and pepper.  Crush organo between fingers over top of everything. Toss well with your hands until everything is coated with oil and spices. Spread evenly in pan. Tuck slices of garlic evenly throughout the pan.  Cover with foil and bake covered at 350 degrees for about 30 minutes.  Uncover and continue baking until everything is browned and crispy (another 45-60 minutes).

Note: These are approximate amounts and times, just meant to give you an idea of how to make the dish. You can leave the sausage out if you’d like; you can substitute carrots for the sweet potatoes; you can increase or decrease the amount of garlic; or you can use different herbs like Italian seasoning. Just have fun with it.
